(1) Requiredjob responsibilities & duties
1. Softwaredevelopment & debug, integration and testing of CDMA Protocol stacksoftware, including cdma2000, EVDO, EHRPD modules
2. Softwaredevelopment & debug, integration and testing of Global Multimodeinterworking of CDMA with 3gpp systems, including LTE, WCDMA, GERAN, TD-CDMA.
3. Maintenanceand bug fixing of existing protocol and data stack software, for customerprojects and internal lab testings.
4. Work onlab integration, interoperability testing and carrier certification testing;
5. Modifysoftware code as needed to meet design specifications and resolve relatedproblems in the implementation of new software.
(2) Qualifications/experience
- Bachelor’sor Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Science
- > 5years working experience in wireless industry out of which majority ofexperience should be on CDMA 1X, EVDO, EHRPD protocol stack
- Knowledgeof System Selection algorithms desired
- LTE,UTRAN, GSM, TDS protocol stack
(3) Specialskills/attributes required
- CDMA 1X,EVDO, EHRPD protocol stack
- Ability tolearn new things quickly
- Ability totroubleshoot problems efficiently
- Ability towork effectively in a team
(4) Others
- Good communication skill and can read/write/speak well in English
- Have the priority ofQualcomm/ViaTelecom related work experience
