• 研究光交换网络的特点、潜在的优势和所需的技术
• 研究光交换网络在数据中心网络中的应用前景
• 研究光交换网络和光电混合交换网络架构
• 研究光交换网络和光电混合交换网络架构的控制协议
• 根据光交换技术发展和实际需求，探索光交换网络发展方向，设计相应的研究计划和项目并能按计划执行和完成项目
• 和内部和外部的团队合作，根据项目计划推动项目的完成
• 推动研究项目工程化和落地，根据数据中心网络的实际需求设计最佳光交换数据中心网络并建立实验系统
• 撰写和发表科研论文和报告，撰写和申请专利
With the fast growing of cloud computing, datacenters have become an essential part of Internet infrastructure. Today’s datacenter networks use electrical switches. With the increasing speeds of networks, electrical switches may reach their limits in both capacity and power consumption. We are looking for talented researchers in optical switching networks to explore leading research and development in this technology and its applications in datacenter networks.
Responsibilities
• Investigate characteristics, limitations, benefits and required technologies of optical switching networks
• Investigate potential applications of optical switching networks in datacenter networks
• Investigate architectures of optical switching networks and hybrid optical and electrical networks
• Investigate control protocols of optical switching networks and hybrid optical and electrical networks
• Design and execute research projects on optical switching networks according to the technology development and real system requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to perform design, experiments and validations in accordance with research plans
• Close the gap between research and implementation, design optimal optical switching network solution based on datacenter network requirements and set up testbed
• Prepare papers and presentations for peer review publications, at industry and scientific conferences, create patent applications and documents.

• 电子工程、计算机网络或相关专业博士毕业
• 有数据中心网络的研究经验和公开发表的论文
• 有光交换网络的研究经验和公开发表的论文
• 熟悉网络协议
• 有独立进行科研项目经验
• 思维缜密，逻辑性强，具有挑战精神和前瞻性，良好的团队协作精神和自我驱动力
• 良好的沟通能力，较高的文档撰写水平和英文读写和交流能力 |
